CARDBOARD BALING MACHINES

Cardboard Balers For Businesses

We provide a range of cardboard baling equipment for businesses across the UK. Whilst we provide baling machines to compact your cardboard waste, we can also collect the materials for recycling. Depending on your bale size and volume, our team can often provide rebates for your waste materials. We also provide consumables, such as baling wire, to help secure your bales.
Once supplying you with the baler, we can arrange collections, pay rebates for large volumes of cardboard, and provide you with a waste recycling report & duty of care documentation. The balers come with a 12-month warranty (75 baling press has 24-months) and are all CE approved.

ADVANTAGES

The Benefits Of Our Cardboard Baler Rental Service

Rather than letting loose cardboard pile up in corridors, loading bays, or storerooms, a baler compresses your waste into dense, manageable bales. This immediately frees up valuable floor space that can be put to better use.
Beyond the practical space-saving benefits, baling your cardboard plays a direct role in sustainability. Compacted bales are transported more efficiently, meaning fewer collection journeys are needed to move the same volume of waste. This reduces the associated carbon emissions from transport and supports your business’s wider environmental goals.
Baling also improves the quality of the recycling itself. Because the cardboard is compressed and kept clean and dry in bale form, it’s far more likely to be accepted at recycling facilities and processed efficiently into new paper and packaging products.

FAQs

Cardboard balers and compactors are pieces of equipment designed to reduce the volume of cardboard and other recyclable waste generated by a business. A baler compresses loose cardboard into dense, uniform bales that are secured with wire or strapping, making the material far easier to store, transport, and sell on for recycling.

Recycling balers work by compressing loose cardboard or other recyclable materials using a hydraulic ram, squeezing out excess air and reducing the waste to a fraction of its original size. Once compacted, the material is bound together with wire or strapping to form a solid, stackable bale ready for collection. The process is straightforward: waste is loaded into the baler’s chamber, the machine compresses it under high pressure, and the finished bale is then ejected and stored until collection.
