During an annual service, also know for preventative maintenance, we follow a 26 point check list covering the condition of the baler, basic lubrication and it’s safe operation.
Should we identify a fault, we will confirm the fault with site, contact you and provide a quotation for it’s repair. Assuming we get authorisation while onsite and the part is on the engineers van we can usually repair it straight away. The main aim of a service is to report on the balers safety and catch any issues before they happen.
Included within the maintenance agreement is one annual service (as above) and breakdown/malfunction cover. Breakdown/malfunctions cover includes callouts, onsite labour and replacement parts, but excludes damage, misuse or abuse.
